Shipping costs are 50 cents for USA orders, and $1.25 for everywhere else. Bracelets are shipped in a plain white envelope, reinforced with tape. Bracelets could take up to two weeks to ship, so please be patient. If you need an item faster, please let me know before you order so I can let you know if it is possible.

I do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is if there is a mistake in the bracelet on my part, such as misspellings that were not present in the order. If this is the case, please email me a photo at luckyjinkscreations@gmail.com, and I will be sure to get back with you.

I will respond to all messages, whether it be site, Etsy, or Facebook messages; or emails within 24 hours, most of the time much sooner. The only exception is due to emergencies out of my control, or vacations or other trips that will be noted on my page. When messaging, pease be sure to contain all necessary information. If it is in regards to an order already placed, please include the order. If it is about placing an order, please include all information such as: number of bracelets, colors, text, time needed, and any other information. Please make sure there is a valid way to contact you back, otherwise I won't be able to message you back! Rude, inflammatory, condescending, or otherwise offensive messages will be deleted.
I will happily take bulk orders, however I do not do any kind of bulk rate. When considering placing a bulk order, please keep in mind that each bracelet takes roughly one day to make.
